SCP-4026 is a collection of humanoid entities and can be seen taking on various forms, mainly alternating into SCP-4026-A, nicknamed "David". SCP-4026-A resembles a skeleton, occasionally having tied up Royal Blue-coloured hair, and is roughly 1.6 meters tall. SCP-4026-A appears to be wearing a black T-shirt with a skeleton, guitar in hand with blue flames behind it, Sky Blue hexagonal spectacles, long Gunmetal jeans, and typical Dull Orange work shoes.
